My order has arrived damaged. What should I do?
Don’t accept the package. If accepted already, please get in contact with our customer support and you will be provided with further instruction.
What is the expected delivery time, once my order is sent my order?
Germany: 2-5 working days
Europe: 5-9 working days
Worldwide: 7-14+ working days

Where can I find the invoice for my order?
Once your order got fulfilled, you'll receive an email with your invoice. International orders will also have a copy of the invoice included on the parcel for customs.

I don’t like the article that got delivered! Can I exchange it?
Within 30 days after receiving the products, you can send everything back on your own costs - equivalent to our RMA guidelines.
